This experience set our company culture to run lean, efficient, financially sound, and to prioritize investing in our team. He recognizes that client experience is the true measure of success in every aspect of his role in operations & financial management, business integrity and client relations.

Ron Rawson, MBA

Co-Founder

Ron co-founded Launch Systems in 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the audio/video industry and previously has held positions in Fortune 500 companies. Ron enjoys working with homeowners to guide them through the process of outfitting their custom home with smart technology to enhance their lifestyle.

Kevin Kinas

Operations Manager

Kevin Kinas is a true veteran with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. People like to say they’ve seen it all, but Kevin has. He is also a Marine veteran Corps, and brings his values of teamwork, leadership, personal integrity and the relentless pursuit of achieving the goals of the mission. He is a great advocate for clients in his roles of project management, system design or account management.

Michael Kravets is a 10-year industry veteran in the Audio/Video and Home Automation field. He joined our team shortly after achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree and has helped grow the company every year since. Michael excels at helping customers fully understand the wide array of options and how our simple to use technology will benefit everyday life in their home.

Aminahh Mahmoud-Feá

Scheduling Manager

Aminahh keeps everything moving at Launch. She communicates with our clients more than probably anyone else at the company in her roles for Scheduling, Project Planning and Accounting. Our technicians count on her to have their week planned out in advance with all equipment ready when they need it. Part ring-leader and part lion-tamer; she’s become central to a smooth and efficient organization.

Markus Hempell

Portland Branch Owner

Markus Hempell brings 27 years of expertise in the Home Automation industry, thriving on creative and technically complex projects. From world-renowned destinations like Disneyland to a sprawling 36,000 sq. ft. estate in Colorado, no challenge is too ambitious. Markus travels across the country to tackle the most intricate residential automation systems. Outside of work, every year he channels his passion in producing a large, crowd-pleasing Christmas light show that attract thousands of visitors.
